A LIVE MUSIC EXPERIENCE YOUR GUESTS WILL REMEMBER
|
There are so many details that go into making an event feel truly special, and live music is one of the easiest ways to make it memorable. I love tailoring the music to each event, mixing soft background melodies with meaningful songs - maybe even including someone’s favorite for a birthday or anniversary. It works beautifully for anything from a dinner party to a proposal, baby shower, or other private celebration, and creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming, relaxed, and personal.

GALA ENTERTAINMENT FAQS
What kind of music do you offer?
I can curate a mix of classical, contemporary, and elegant instrumental pieces that enhance the atmosphere without distracting from conversation or programming. The music is selected to support the event’s tone, whether that’s refined, inspiring, or celebratory.
How long do you typically play at events?
Most events include 1–3 hours of live harp music, often during cocktail hour, dinner service, or as guests arrive. We can work together to create a music schedule that fits naturally with the flow of your event.
Will amplification be needed when you perform?
It depends on the size of the venue. I perform on an electroacoustic harp, which can plug directly into your venue’s sound system (if available) for clear, balanced amplification that still preserves the harp’s natural tone.
What is required to secure our event date?
To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a booking fee. The remaining balance is usually due one week before the event. This process ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you, allowing me to focus on preparing the music and details that will make your event truly special.
What should we expect on the day of the event?
I’ll arrive early, dressed appropriately for the tone of your event, and take care of getting myself setup. My role is to enhance the atmosphere while allowing your guests and programming to remain the focus.
